Rain, rain go away...

Thanks to miserable weather, yet another lmbcs race has been rescheduled. It's beginning to seem like every race weekend it's going to rain enough to mess up the race plans. Crossing my fingers that it's finally dry for the next one!

On the plus side, I ended up racing the 1st race of the MORCS series again this year with a co-worker and friends. Despite not being physically ready (Couch has been calling me) I was somewhat pleased with how I handled my first cat 2 race. I feel that I could have held down 2nd but instead, I pushed insanely hard while trying to chase down 1st and skyrocketed my heart-rate and was done for after that. Regardless though, good race.

Since today's race was rained out, I'm loosely planning on being at the 2nd MORCS race. Hope to see a big turnout for it this year!
